League seasons are £3.00 per player, per season. One-off tournaments — including each event in a series — are £0.50 per confirmed player.
Create the league and build the season first. Confirm the season player list before fixtures go live; the price is locked when the season is paid.
Create the event for free, add entrants, then confirm and pay before tournament night. A series shell is free; each tournament event in it uses the same player rate.
Set up your organisation, build the competition and add players before the OcheControl competition fee is due.
OcheControl separates setup from payment so organisers can prepare properly without a card decision getting in the way.
Set up your league season or tournament and add the players you expect to take part.
The platform fee is calculated from the current player count and any OcheControl credit is shown before checkout.
Pay before the competition becomes live. The per-player rate is locked for that paid competition.
Tournaments reconcile paid no-shows back to account credit after check-in closes. League seasons stay locked for the season.
These examples use the live platform prices above. If OcheControl changes a rate later, every unconfirmed quote and pricing screen updates automatically.
Prices for an already-confirmed and paid tournament or league season remain locked at the rate shown when it was paid. Account credit is applied automatically to future competition charges.
Venue Mode is a separate physical-venue licence for permanent boards, tablets, cross-league queues and venue displays. It does not replace league-season or tournament competition fees.
For pubs, clubs and darts venues that want one permanent operational layer across the oches they run. We will discuss the board estate, operating model and support you need before agreeing pricing.
Venue Mode licenses the physical room. Formal league seasons remain £3.00 per player per season, and one-off tournaments remain £0.50 per confirmed player.
